    1 cup rolled oats
    1 cup egg whites
    1 cup fat free cottage cheese
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    cinnamon
    vanilla extract

Directions

everything in a blender until smooth. pour a 1/4 cup per pancake

cook like normal pancakes with non fat cooking spray
