    10 Cups Water

Note: I buy these REDE-MADE Noodles from a local store. They are locoally made. If you type the brand in Google, it gives you their Phone Number. Call to see if you can order through the mail. If not, these are just vert thin egg noodles.

Bring Water, salt, bay leaf, star anise, onion and chicken to a boil. Turn down to a simmer. Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours. When ready to make, boil noodles according to package directions. Put some noodles into a small bowl, add some broth and ENJOY!
