Delicious low fat cake! Delicious low fat cake!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Box of Cake Mix
    2 egg whites
    12 oz of diet sprite
    1 cup of water
    1 small box sugar free jello
    12 oz container of light cool whip

Directions

Mix a box of cake mix (we like strawberry) with 12 oz or diet sprite and 2 egg whites. Pour into cake pan and bake at 350 for approx. 28 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes...poke holes into cake. Boil 1 cup of water....stir in a box of sugar free jello (again we like strawberry) and pour over the cake, into the holes and along the sides. Put in fridge. Before serving top with 12 oz of light cool whip. Delicious!
