Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour, I use Red Mill gluten-free and oat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c whey protein powder
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup ripe mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, or egg whites combo
1 1/2 cups of oats
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Use a 9x13 cake pan with parchment paper, lightly grease paper.
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and protein powder in a medium sized bowl. In a large bowl, cream together oil, sugar, bananas, eggs and vanilla. Slowly stir in dry ingredients until uniformly moistened. Add oats and chocolate chips. Spread evenly into cake pan, cook 22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes about 24, 37 gram serving (1"x2 1/2")
