1 cup flaked coconut
2 T. butter, melted
2 T. coconut oil, melted
2 cups nonfat milk
1 t. vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all in order in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 7x11 inch pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
