Ingredients

    1/2 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 medium avocado, peeled and diced
    !/4 cup dices sweet onion
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    kosher salt to taste
    juice of 1/2 fresh lemon

    Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 min before serving. Yield: 2 servings

Tips

Avocado is best if it is slightly soft.
