Introduction

Great kids meal not as healthy as I would like but it's great every once in a while. Great kids meal not as healthy as I would like but it's great every once in a while.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

You first need 3 medium bowls, {1} one with flour, {2} one with and egg wash (2 large eggs, 1/4 of milk, 1/2 cup of water mixed together well.), and the {3} last with crushed Peanut Butter Captain Crunch Cereal. You can use Large Ziploc Bags instead of the bowls for the flour and cereal and toss them when your done. (This is the dipping order 1,2,3) Cut each breast (Skinless, Boneless) into four strips. Take a strip, dip in flour, then dip it into the egg wash, and then the cereal, making sure to completely coat the strip with each dip. The flour first will keep the chicken very juicy and moist, continue this for all 16 strips.

Tips

You can use a frying pan or a deep fryer. They both work equally as well.

Directions

Heat the oil to a nice boil (about 190-200 degrees) and put in each strip and fry until it is golden brown making sure to turn every couple minutes. Each strip should take 7-10 minutes total time to cook each. Do not put in to many at a time, this will lower the oil temperature and cause the chicken not to cook thoroughly. Take out of oil and let stand on paper towels to allow extra oil to be soak out into paper towels.
