Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

Chop your onion, bunch of cilantro, tomato, garlic, jalapenos and habanero (be careful when you chop your peppers, especially the habanero, the capcacin gets on your skin and stays there, I wear gloves when I cut them. I have learned my lesson in the past by forgetting this and rubbing my eye by accident. all I can say is Ouch!!!!!) Mix it in well with the cooked shrimp, lime and lemon mix. Now you have a yummy cool lunch or dinner.

Tips

You can add Avocado to top it off or make a cilantro sauce to put over the top too.

Directions

Wash, Rinse, Peel and Devein Shrimp, you can remove the tails or not, squeeze the 2 limes and 1 lemon over the shrimp and let it sit for 20-30 minutes to "cook" the shrimp.
