This my quick go to meal when I have to be out the door but want a nice dinner. This my quick go to meal when I have to be out the door but want a nice dinner.

Ingredients

    2 Thick Cut Pork Chops
    5 Small Potato
    8 Carrots

Directions

Peel potato and carrots and place in crock pot. Place pork chops on top of carrots and potato.

Set slow cooker to 6 hours.

Serving Size: 1/2 pork chop 1 potato and some carrots
