Ingredients

    While wheat spaghetti- 6 0z box
    1/3 cup Low fat parmesan
    1 pound Ground moose meat
    1/4 cup Green pepper
    1 -16 0z can of diced tomatoes
    1 tsp sugar
    1 cup no fat cottage cheese
    6 tbsp liquid egg whites
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
    Oregano- 1 tsp
    1/2 Shredded Light Mozza Cheese

Tips

Can substitute Moose for extra lean ground beef. Freezes well!


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Cook and drain spaghetti,mix in Parmesan cheese and egg whites. Spray 10 inch pizza pan with Pam spray and form a crust with spaghetti.
In skillet cook meat, onion, peppers, and garlic. Drain off any fat. Stir in tomatoes, paste, oregano.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti, cover with meat mixture.
Cook 20 minutes in oven till crust sets. Remove from oven and sprinkle mozza on top. Return to oven for 10 more minutes. Cut in 8 triangular portions.
