Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a mixing cup, add 1/2 cup warm water, 1 Tbs yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 Tbs olive oil, and 1/2 tsp salt together. Mix and set aside.

In a mixing bowl put 1 cup of whole wheat flour in with 1 tsp of powdered garlic. Mix well. (Add some red pepper flakes too if you like that sort of thing.) Add the yeast mix to the flour. Mix well. Add up to 1/4 cup extra flour and knead dough until smooth. Cut dough in half (the other half will freeze for later).

Roll dough out on a parchment until it is about 12 inches in diameter. Set it on the baking stone/pizza pan. Put 2 oz baby spinach on top of dough. Measure out 112 grams of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle over green. Take 6 oz grape tomatoes & cut them in half. Cut 8 oz breasts into bite size pieces & sprinkle the tomato and chicken over the cheese. Put basil, garlic powder, (& red pepper flakes) on top. Cook for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and the smells are irresistible! Cut into slices & serve.

Tips

I also added garlic to the dough, but then I really like garlic!
