Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup PB2 powder plus 1/4 cup tap water
    2 teas vanilla extract
    1/3 cup chocolate chips
    3 packets stevia
1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened), if desired

Tips

If sugar isn't an issue, sub the stevia for 2 TBs maple syrup. If fat content is not an issue, sub the PB2 for natural peanut butter. The peanut butter gives it a stronger peanut butter flavor, but you could add more PB2 also.

Directions

Place beans, PB2, vanilla extract and stevia in a food processor and blend until smooth and thick. If too thick, add a little water. Add cocoa powder if desired. Remove blade, stir in chocolate chips. Roll into balls or eat as a dip.

Serving Size: makes about six servings
