    Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 2 cup
    *brown sugar light (Domino), 4 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 12 oz
    *Applesauce - Market Pantry, Cinnamon - .50 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    Egg white, fresh, 2 large
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp
    1 apple, peeled, cored, and diced
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped


Once served, you can add more almond milk if needed for creaminess. Reheats well!


Heat oven to 350 and grease 8x8 glass baking dish. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl, and mix wet ingredients in medium bowl, reserving some diced apple for bottom of baking dish. Once wet ingredients are whisked together, add to dry ingredients and stir until mixed well. Pour into baking dish and bake until oatmeal is firm, 25-30 minutes.
