Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped (large)
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. shredded cheese, your choice
    1/2 c. baking mix
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. egg substitute or 2 eggs
    1 can diced green chiles
    1/2 c. crumbled bacon, fresh is best
    1/2 c. kernel corn
    pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oven to 400°F. Coat round or square 9" pan with cooking spray.

Brown beef and onion over medium heat, until beef is no longer pink; drain any liquids in pan.

Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.

Stir remaining ingredients in a bowl with fork until well blended. Pour into coated pan.

Bake about 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
