Ingredients

10 Jalapenos
8oz of Whipped Cream Cheese
1/2 c of Shredded Reduced Fat Mozz Cheese
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Panko Bread Crumbs
3 slices of Bacon
Tips
Careful with the peppers - don't touch eyes or face while preparing them.
Directions
Cook bacon - crumble it up into little pieces
Cut Jalapenos in half lengthwise - remove all seeds and insides.
Mix together Whipped Cream Cheese, Mozz cheese, paprika, garlic and onion powder.
Lay peppers on parchment paper - fill with mixture.
Mix together bacon and panko -sprinkle on top of each pepper (press in if needed). Spray each with a little bit of cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until nice and melty.
Serving Size: Makes 20 halves, two halves is a serving
