Ingredients
-
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 stick butter, softened
3/8 cup granulated sugar
3/8 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 cup chocolate chips
2 scoops Chocolate Caramel flavored whey protein
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and whey protein.
In a blender bowl, cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Add in egg and beat well. Slowly beat in the protein mixture until it is completely incorporated. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper, and using a #30 scoop, drop dough onto the sheets, 8 per sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes, and then rotate the cookies (bring the bottom sheet up to the top and the top sheet to the bottom, turning so that the back now faces the front). Bake for 5 more minutes.
