Ingredients

    1 Pillsbury Moist Supreme Sugar-free Classic Yellow cake mix
    1 15oz can pumpkin, solid pack (NOT PUMPKIN PIE MIX)
    1/4c raisins, unpacked
    1T Cinnamon
    1t nutmeg
    1t ginger
    1-1/2t cloves

Tips

Nuts would be good in this, too, but the nutritional content does not reflect any alterations to the cookie recipe as entered into database.


Directions

Mix spices with dry cake mix, then mix in pumpkin. When all cake mix is incorporated, fold in raisins, making sure that they are evenly distributed.

Drop by Tablespoonsful on sprayed cookie sheet. These will NOT spread, so you can closely space them.

Bake at 350F for about 12 minutes or until they bounce back when touched.
