Quick, easy, overnight oatmeal Quick, easy, overnight oatmeal
Number of Servings: 8


    2 large apples slices
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 cups skim milk
    2 cups oatmeal
    2 cups water
    pinch of salt


cut up apple slices, place in bottom of crock pot with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cover with oatmeal, then water & milk, finally drizzle honey over top. Do NOT stir, place lid on and cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve warm
