Ingredients

1 15-oz can light red kidney beans
1 15-oz can dark red kidney beans
1 15-oz can Ranch Style black beans
1 8-oz can mushroom stems & pieces
1 10-oz can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
1 24 oz jar Prego sauce (Italian Sausage & Garlic)
1 lb ground chuck
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground chicken
1 T chili powder
2 T garlic powder
2 T onion powder
3 T soy sauce
Directions
Pour all canned ingredients into crock pot and turn on medium to begin to cook.
Brown meats. Season with dried powdered garlic and onion, or minced (or refrigerated minced garlic); or caramelized minced onion... and chili powder and soy sauce.
Add seasoned, browned meats to crock pot.
Simmer several hours until beans are soft-tender.
Cool and refrigerate overnight to marry flavors.
