Ingredients

    Ground Beef 93% Lean, 1 lb
    great value mild salsa, 1 cup
    *Kraft Miracle Whip light, 1/2
    *chilli powder, 2 tsp
    *tortillia chip 2 cups
    fit & active mexican bled cheese 1 cup
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 medium whole
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 leaf, large

Directions

In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add salsa, miracle whip & chili powder: mix well. In an ungreased 2 qt baking dish, layer half of the meat mix, chips & cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake, uncovered 350 for 20 - 25 minutes. Just before serving, top with tomato & lettuce. Yield 6 servings.
