Ingredients

    3 cups cabbage, shredded
    1 medium apple, finely chopped
    100 grams cooked chicken breast, chopped
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    stevia to taste (I used less than 1 packet)

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Chop them small, so you get some of each ingredient in each bite.
