Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 5 large
Bacon, pork, microwaved, 3 medium slices, chopped into bits
    Baby Spinach (raw), .5 cup
    *Mushroom - White/raw, 0.16 cup
*Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.2 cup
    Water, .25 cup

Directions

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Beat eggs and water together. Distribute mixture evenly between 8 muffin tins (I had originally intended on making 6 but it was too much, so I made 8 instead). Then add in bacon, spinach, mushrooms or any other mix of veggies and meats you'd like. Then with just a few minutes left on the clock, sprinkle the cheese on top and let it bake for the last few minutes. Just let them sit and cool for a bit and you're all set to pack them as a morning snack or save them for later!
