Ingredients

    1 tsp xantham gum
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Becel light margerine, 8 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz (remove)
    *Rhubarb, 2 cup, diced (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1.33 cup (remove)
    *Gluten-free flour (1 cup), 260 gram(s) (remove)

Directions


Combine the sugar, margarine and egg followed by dry ingredients. Add the milk and rhubarb last. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.

Sprinkle with 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/3 cup brown sugar combined.

Bake 40 minutes in a 350F oven.
