    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can
    Best Foods - Light Mayo, 2 tbsp
    Heinz Sweet Pickle Relish, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Bread, wheat (including toast), 2 slice

Directions
