Ingredients

    Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 2 - 4 oz
    Heinz Ketchup Reduced Sugar 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp
    Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce, 1 Tbsp
    Organic Raw Blue Agave Nectar 1 1/2 tsp
    Chili powder 1/2 tsp

Tips

You can take one large 8oz chicken breast and cut it into 2, 4oz servings.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a baking dish with foil and spray with no-stick cooking spray.

Trim all visible fat from chicken breasts. Wash and drain. Sprinkle with salt.

Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

In the mean time, stir together the rest of the ingredients to make the barbeque sauce.

At the end of the pre-baking time, remove chicken breasts from oven and divide sauce between the two breasts and coat with sauce.

Return to oven and bake for 10 more minutes.
