Ingredients

    9.3 oz Hakubaku Udon Noodles (1 pre-bundled portion of package)
    2 cups fresh broccoli chopped
    2 cups cabbage, sliced thinly and cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup carrots sliced
    1 cup celery sliced
    4 cloves garlic chopped
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    12 oz cooked petite shrimp, deveined & no tails, if frozen defrost and drain water -- squeeze like a sponge
    2 Tbsp Marukan Soy Sauce

Directions

1. Boil water and chop veggies all veggies. Place all chopped veggies in same bowl.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook veggies till tender. Add noodles to water and boil 4 min (per pkg. directions).
3. Drain noodles and add to veggies along with shrimp and ponzu.
4. Serve
