Ingredients

    *1 c Almond Butter, Roasted Creamy, Maranatha
    1/4 c Honey
    1 Egg
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 Salt (omit this if your almond butter is salted)
    1/2 c Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Flaked Coconut
    1/4 c Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
    1/4 c Walnuts, chopped
    3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder (ETB)

Directions

Mix almond butter, honey, egg, vanilla, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Add coconut, protein powder, chocolate chips and walnuts. Scoop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 9-12 min.
