    1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 medium sized pears, cored & sliced thick
    2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend
    Salt & pepper, to taste


1. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar and brown sugar and mix to combine. Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper.

2. Place chicken, pears, mushrooms in slow cooker and pour vinegar mixture over the top.

3. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 5 servings

    I didn't think this flavor combination would work but it's GOOD! - 8/4/18
