Ingredients

    3 1/2 cups a/p flour
    6 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    12 Tbsp shortening

    Mix dry ingredients, then cut in shortening. At this point, you can add whatever dry herbs you like as well as a bit of garlic powder if you like.

    Add in 2 cups of milk all at once. Mix until it starts to come together. drop by 1/4 cup ice cream scoop onto ungreased sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in preheated 450* oven for about 15-20 minutes. Biscuits should be golden brown.
