Ingredients
Robin Hood Nutrigrain flour, 1.5 cup
*Mini Marshmallow (Kraft), 1 cup
Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 9 tbsp
Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
1 large egg (per the egg board), 1 serving
Splenda granulated (baking), 1.25 cup
Brown Sugar, .66 cup, unpacked
Salt, 1.25 tsp
Baking Soda, .25 tsp
Baking Powder, .25 tsp
*Kashi Go Lean Cereal, 3 serving
*Imperial Stick Margarine, 16 tbsp
Tips
Make sure you chill the dough prior to baking! Leave at least 3.5-4 inches between each cookie to avoid spreading.
Directions
Cream the margarine and sugars together for about 5 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla and mix some more. Sift the dry ingredients together and add to the wet. Mix just to incorporate. Then add the add-ins: cereal, chocolate and marshmallows. You can also add nuts, more chocolate, or dried fruit if you'd like.
Scoop out 1/4 cup portions of dough and place side-by-side on lined baking tray. Chill the dough for at least 2 hrs or up to a few days, or freeze for 1 hr.
Pre-heat oven to 375 and place cookies on a baking sheet a few inches apart. Press down on the tops to flatten a little. Bake the cookies for 10-15 mins .
Take out of the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet before trying to move them. Once cool, store in a airtight container. Enjoy with a big glass of milk!
