Ingredients

    1/2 Yellow onion, minced
    1/2 C fat free cottage cheese
    1/2 C pumpkin puree
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 T pumpkin pie spice

Tips

If you want a sweet rather than a savory spread, leave out the garlic and onion and add a tbsp of brown sugar or brown sugar substitute.


Directions

Use your magic bullet or food processor for this one.
Mince onion and garlic.
Add pumpkin and cottage cheese and blend well. Blend in spice until everything is completely blended.
Keep refrigerated.
