Ingredients


    1/4 C Truvia Natural Sweetener
    1 C Almond Flour - per
    3 T Cocoa Powder, Hershey's Unsweetened (unlisted nutrients estimated from USDA website
    1/8 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Salt
    2 T Coconut Oil
    1 Egg, fresh, whole)
    2 T Half and Half Cream

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.

Put 1/4 of mixture in a mug and microwave for 1 minute. Remove from mug and top with whipped cream if desired. Makes 4 servings Refdrigerate any unused batter and use another day or, bake and freeze for a quick chocolate fix. (Freeze well).
