    Cucumber (with peel) 1" sliced
    Cabbage, fresh, .2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Pineapple, fresh, 3 oz
    Chicken Breast,no skin, roasted, 3 oz
    Walnuts, .5 oz
    Newmans Own Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing, 2 tbsp

Use farm fresh or organic if possible.
