Ingredients

    small diced onion 40gr
    small diced tomato 40gr (discard seeds)
    raisins25gr
    sweet corn kernals 25gr
    cooked long grain white rice 100gr
    balti curry paste 2tsp

Directions

lightly saute onion med heat 5mins add tomato, cook for further 2 mins, stir in balti paste add sultanas, stir in cooked rice, heat through. Can be served cold.
