Ingredients

    1 lb. dry. Black beans
    1 cup salsa
    1 large yellow onion

Tips

For variety, add cumin, cilantro, cheese or any other garnish to kick up the flavor.


Directions

Soak black beans overnight and rinse. Add to slow cooker with 8-10 cups of water. Dice onion medium dice and add to cooker. Set on low for 6-8 hours. Add salsa and allow it to heat then serve.
