Introduction

Fresh and spicy! Fresh and spicy!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground skinless chicken breasts
    2 fresh anaheim peppers finely diced
    3 fresh jalapeno peppers finely diced
    4 small sweet peppers (or 1 large red/yellow/orange bell pepper) finely diced
    1/2 large spanish onion dinely diced
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1 large zuccini cubed
    1 8oz can dark red kidney beans drained
    1 8oz can black beans drained
    2 8oz can Red Gold petite diced tomatoes w/juice
    1 T Ancho chili powder
    1 T chipotle chili powder
    1 T New Mexico chili powder
    1 T ground cumin
    1 t celery salt
    1 T crushed garlic
    1 t fresh ground black peper

Tips

If you don't like spicy, eliminate the jalapenos and use more of the milder chile's


Directions

dice all fresh ingredients, combine with ground chicken add seasonings, beans & tomoatoes, stir together in your crock pot and cook for 6 hours
