Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

Unsweetened almond milk - 8 oz.
    Organic ground turmeric 1 tsp.
    Organic ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
    Organic ground ginger 1/2 tsp.
    Raw honey 1/2 - 1 tbsp.
Ground black pepper - just a dash or two (optional)

Tips

Organic spices have better potency, so you'll feel the effects much better than those you buy in the spice aisle, which can have filler. Honey that isn't labeled raw could be ultra-filtered, which removes all the good stuff!

Directions

Heat just to a boil on the stovetop or microwave for 2 minutes.

Don't be afraid to play with the spices a little, just remember turmeric is the important herb here.
