This is a side dish I have enjoyed my entire life with sour cream. I'm trying to reduce fat in my diet so I have found that this particular brand of non-fat Greek Yogurt seems to be a suitable substitute for my taste buds.     Cucumber
    Yellow Onion
    Stonyfield Organic Greek non-fat Yogurt

Directions

Thinly slice the cucumber and onions. Coat with the yogurt. It can be seasoned with any vegetable seasoning or salt and pepper. Season to taste.
