Ingredients

    In a plastic or glass bowl put canola oil, vanilla extract and 1 cup Amish Friendship starter (the 1/3 servings of milk, sugar and flour account for the starter calories) into a bowl and mix.
    Add splenda sugar blend and mix.
    Add egg and egg whites, mix
    Add all dry ingredients, mix
    Add half a large can of pumpkin (apx. 2 cups), mix
    Coat two bread pans with cooking spray (best one with flour) and add the mixed ingredients.
    Bake for 50-55 minutes at 325 degrees. Check with toothpick for doneness.
