    4 cups chicken stock (fat skimmed)
    1 cup shredded chicken breast(roasted)
    1 small head Bok Choy
    2 TBS chopped shallots

Directions

Add to chicken stock the coarsely chopped Bok Choy and shallots. Cook until tender, then add roasted chicken breast.
