Ingredients

    2-3 pounds chicken pieces (6 thighs)
    1 cup Faux Flour
    ¼ cup grated parmesan
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp black pepper ( seasoned black pepper works well)
    1 cup butter milk ( I made the butter milk with 1 cup non-fat milk + 2 tbsp Better Than Butter melted)

Directions

Instructions:

Spray glass pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pre-heat oven to 375º. In large zip lock bag mix Faux Flour, parmesan, corn flakes, garlic powder, oregano and black pepper. Pour butter milk into bowl and soak chicken pieces. Put chicken pieces into zip lock bag with flour mix to coat. Put pieces of chicken in glass pan and cook for 45 minutes or until 160º internal temp.

Faux Flour:

1 cup = ¼ cup Almond Flour + ¼ cup Soy Flour + ¼ cup Wheat Gluten + ¼ cup Whey Protein ( non-flavored).

Sinless Mashed Potatoes
Steamed Broccoli or Green Beans
