    1- 15 oz. Walmart Angel Food Cake
    1- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1- 3.5 oz. pkg. Vanilla Instant SF FF pudding
    1-8 oz Lite Whipped topping (thawed)


Cut Angel Food Cake in three layers. (Use toothpicks around cake to mark layers and slice with serrated knife dipping knife in water as you cut).
Mix dry pudding mix into pineapple with a spoon (including juice). Fold in Whipped topping. Fill evenly betwee layers and on top. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

    made this for Easter and it was so pretty and YUMMY! it was great knowing that on holiday with a lot of "dangerous" food around, that there was an incredible dessert that I could have! will definitely make again! - 3/24/08
