Number of Servings: 4


    2 cups Pancake Mix (such as Grain Harvest or Bisquick)
    1 1/3 cup Water
    2 scoops Protein Powder (choose your favorite, suck as vanilla or banana)
    1/4-1/2 cup granola (choose your favorite)
    1-2 Tbs Flax Seed
    Optional: Vanilla Extract, Almonds, Chia Seeds, Blueberries, etc.


Use a pan that is about the size you'd like the pancakes to be, as long as you have a cover that fits.


Mix pancake mix and water.
Add protein powder, granola, flax seed and any other mixins you'd like.
Spray heated pan with cooking spray. Pour batter evenly, as it will separate.
Cover and cook evenly on both sides.
Add Banana or any fruit to garnish.
