Excellent dip which can be had with potato chips, mixed platter of veggies, tortillas, etc. Excellent dip which can be had with potato chips, mixed platter of veggies, tortillas, etc.

Ingredients

    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup grated cucumber (8-1/4")
    Garlic powder, 0.5 tsp
    Dried Mint , 0.5 tsp.
    Salt 0.5 tsp.

Directions

Mix the salt, garlic powder, dried mint and yogurt with a spoon until smooth. Grate the cucumber and add to the mixture. Chill in the refrigerator and serve as a dip.
