Two 15oz. cans chicken broth
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 10 oz. cans chunk chicken breast in water, drained, rinsed, and separated
1 can whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed
1 10 oz. can Rotel
For a low sodium version you can always use no-salt-added or low-sodium version of the ingredients. This isn't included in the nutritional information but this is great served over fritos or tortilla chips. You can add diced avocado and shredded cheese on top also.
Serving Size: Makes 6 hearty servings.
