Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 lb 2 ounces fresh strawberries
    2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt
    2 medium bananas
    1 tsp splenda

Directions

Take stems off strawberries and chop into chunks, chop up bannana, put all in the blender (including yogurt and splenda) blend and pour, makes 3 12 ounce smoothies, or 6, 6 ounce smoothies.

  • Switch to fat free vanilla, frozen berries, bit of OJ to thin... I make mine for 190cal and it's a tumbler size. Love it! The frozen berries make it thick and rich. Bananas are higher in calories too. - 3/19/08
