Ingredients

    1 can pumpkin puree
    1/2 C sugar
    1/4 C Stevia
    1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
    1 banana
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1/2 c plain yogurt
    2 C whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven 350
Mix all ingredients in large bowl
pur batter into muffin tins or pan
bake 20-30 mins or until moist
