Introduction

Delicious gluten free cookies. Delicious gluten free cookies.
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    Preheated oven yields best results.
    In a medium glass or ceramic bowl
    Add
    1 cup peanut butter
    Mix with1 cup of granulated sugar
    Add 1 egg and 1T vanilla and stir until the ingredients are blended.
    Finally add the chocolate chips and follow the cooking instructions.

Tips

It's okay to cut the sugar to 3/4 cup or use brown sugar and white sugar combination.
Chunky peanut butter is great too.
Also using peanut butter chips makes it really rich.


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 F
Mix all ingredients.
Use parchment paper on cookie sheet
Scoop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet about 1/4 inch apart
Press with fork
Cook for 10-12 minutes
Remove and cool on rack
