Ingredients

4 oz. low fat cream cheese
1.5 cups cold milk
1 (3.4) package Butterscotch instant sugar free pudding
1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip Free (thawed)
1/2 cup hot brewed coffee
1/4 cup sugar free Caramel ice cream topping
1 pkg. frozen fat free pound cake, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1.5 oz Baker's semi-sweet Chocolate, grated
Directions
Beat Cream Cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add in cold milk. Add dry pudding mix. Beat one minute. Gently add 2 cups cool whip.
Mix hot coffee and caramel topping until blended. Place half of the cake cubes in 10 parfait glasses. Drizzzle with half the coffee mixture. Add half of the cream cheese mixture then 1/3 of the grated chocolate. Repeat. Top with remaining cool whip and chocolate. Refrigerate 4 hours.
