Ingredients


    1 baking (sugar) pumpkin (or 2 small)
    Oats, Quaker, 2 cup
    Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value , 1 cup
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.5 cup
    Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 2 tbs packed

Tips

when scooping oatmeal, scrape the inside of the cooked pumpkin. sprinkle with more brown sugar or add splash of milk


Directions

mix and put in pumpkin...split between two pumpkins if they are small

bake 375 for 40 min to 1 hour. uncovered for 20 min then put the pumpkin top back on with room to let steam out.
